That’s where guided retraining comes in.
The Core Focus Program is designed to help you:
Build on the foundation you’ve already started
Integrate core retraining into real, functional movement
Progress safely, without rushing or guessing
Feel supported and confident as your strength returns
The program is not always open, and enrollment is intentionally limited to ensure quality support.
