Pregnant and postpartum people are my main focus, but the whole family is welcome! I treat men, women, and children for general massage therapy as well.

What happens during a session?

Every session includes three parts: a short assessment so I understand what you're experiencing and what your goals are, hands-on massage treatment tailored to your needs, and take-home remedial exercises to support your progress between visits. You can always expect care that's grounded, effective, and inclusive.

Is Prenatal Massage safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes — prenatal massage is safe throughout all trimesters when performed by a trained RMT. I have specialized training in prenatal care and adapt every treatment to your stage of pregnancy and your body's needs that day.

How soon after birth can I come in for a postnatal massage?

Accepted Answer

Generally, most people can receive postnatal massage the day after to a  few weeks after a vaginal birth, and a little longer after a caesarean. But it really depends on your individual recovery. We'll discuss your birth experience and any contraindications before we begin. It's also never too late to start. Postnatal care is beneficial months or even years after giving birth.

Is your space accessible?

Unfortunately both locations have one flight of stairs into the treatment space, therefore not wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking availble?

Yes! There is free visitor parking close to the unit at the Burlington location. The Mississauga location also has parking available on site.
