Hello & Welcome
My name is Erynne Williams

I'm a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), BodyMind coach, financial literacy educator and former labour doula.

My mission is to support and uplift women during and after their pregnancy. To help them feel strong, and empowered to connect to who they truly are.

I’m happy you are here! If you’re ready to feel strong, pain-free and totally confident in who you truly are then you are in the right place. I combine massage therapy, remedial exercise, and Body-Mind Coaching to support women and families in living their best life.
My story is meant to inspire you. To show you that you don’t need to live your life striving to live up to all of your labels. Instead, you can live a body lead life, feel-good day today and do what you truly love.

My Story
In 2012 I had the privilege of working in the student prenatal clinic at my massage college. This experience literally changed my life (for the better!) and lead me to where I am today! It was my first experience treating women with pelvic girdle pain and helping them get relief.
At the time I knew massage therapy worked, but I didn’t know how well it worked! I was blown away at how grateful these women were. They were just so happy to have some relief from the pain they were experiencing.
Seeing the difference prenatal massage therapy can make in a women’s life and her pregnancy sparked my desire to serve this population.

Well, this passion led me to further my education, to learn more about prenatal care and to become a doula. All for the purpose of better serving women and to help clear up some of the misinformation that is so prevalent online regarding prenatal and postnatal health.
I worked hard to grow my practice and client list. So hard that I got to the point of burn out. I was saying yes to every client inquiry and letting my boundaries slip.
Like you, I knew what it was like to put everyone’s needs before my own, and it was hard! It had a big impact on how I felt mentally, physically and emotionally.
It took a lot of work to come back to myself and empower myself to say no when needed. I put in the hard work that I needed to really come back to who I am and my purpose. However, since then the quality of my life and business have dramatically improved. My boundaries are strong, my business is thriving and my clients are happier than ever.
Why? Because my feeling 100%, means that I can serve my clients at 100%.
This is exactly what I want for you. I want you to feel confident in your body (and your core!) supported in your life and have the courage to set boundaries when you need to.
I know this isn’t easy Friend, but it’s worth it. When you listen to your body’s needs, do what YOU need to do to feel healthy and strong and put yourself first, you’ll be better able to support your loved ones.
This is exactly why I do what I do. I’m here to empower you with information to learn to love and trust your body again through massage, mindset and coaching.
You don’t have to feel tired, stressed, and burnt out with a dysfunctional pelvic floor forever. You can feel strong, secure and in love with life!
